Polytetraflon® immersion heaters (industrial heating elements) series PH have been designed for controlled heating of chemical aggressive fluids. Since more than 20 years they demonstrate their competence in many industries worldwide.
Materials and production
Polytetraflon® immersion heaters (industrial heating elements) consist of a fluoropolymer coated stainless steel tubular heating element. By a special production process potentially air inclusion between tubular heating element and coating will be minimized.
The connecting cable consists of a PTFE insulated single wire, also completely fluoropolymer coated. Thereby Polytetraflon® immersion heaters (industrial heating elements) are fundamentally more insensible against cold-warm-alteration than competitor - models.The head is made from solid PTFE, without any mechanical connections. In addition to that the heating zone, the head and the connection cable are welded together fluid-tight. Therefore Polytetraflon® immersion heaters (industrial heating elements) are fully immersible into the process fluid. Divided by the application of easy fixings Polytetraflon® immersion heaters are mountable in every position in the bath.
In addition to that several designs of Polytetraflon® immersion heaters are available with a thermocontrol-preparation.
